WHAT IS ALL THIS MADNESS???

The month of March typically brings about college basketball's "March Madness".  BGMC, which stands for “Boys and s Missionary Challenge”, has come up with their own spin on this, and we now have "MARCH MISSIONS MADNESS".

You can be a part of this year's madness by gathering "Lost Change for Lost Souls" in your child’s “buddy barrel”.  Simply round up any lost or loose change that you may have and bring it to Living Waters each week (March 23-April 13).  You can also collect dollar bills and checks to help this cause (Checks should be made to Living Waters Chapel).  Kids can bring their “buddy barrels” to Kids Church or KZ Friends every week.  All money raised will go to BGMC, which helps missionaries reach people, a.k.a. “lost souls”, all over the world.  (Check out bgmc.ag.org for more info or pick up a flyer at the BGMC display)

WHAT’S THE GOAL???

Last year the s and children together raised $5,000 in one month for BGMC!  We have set our goals higher this year.  The s goal is $5,000.  If the s can raise that amount in the next 4 weeks, Pastor John has volunteered to have his head shaved during an upcoming Sunday morning service.  The kids goal for this year is $2,500.  We have decided to take a break from having PJ being “Human Hotdogged”, and have given the kids the opportunity to vote.  They have the opportunity to vote for one of four possible rewards for their efforts.  The four options they have chosen are: a dunk tank Sunday in KZ, a pizza party in KZ, Jeremiah Sholly getting his head shaved, or PJ growing his hair out like bozo the clown.
