Josh along with his wife Kelly and 3 daughters Sage, Avery, and Rory moved to Lebanon in October of 2023. Josh was voted in as our new lead pastor in late August of 2023 and prior to that they lived in South Carolina outside of Charleston. Josh served as the central kids pastor of Faith church while Kelly led the counseling department at the church. They have served together for over 18 years in kids ministry at 3 different churches prior to feeling the leading of the spirit to pursue the lead pastor position at LWC.  Josh has a huge heart for the capital C church as well as an excitement for what God is going to do in and through LWC in the community of Lebanon. Josh and Kelly love family and make it a priority in all that they do. Road trips and memories are a passion the whole family shares. Thankful and humbled by the opportunity, Josh and Kelly look forward to serving alongside those who call Living Waters home in reaching those around us.

Pastor Richard and his family moved to Lebanon in 2000, when they began attending Living Waters Chapel. He joined our staff in January of 2019. Richard sensed God’s call to vocational ministry at the age of 21 so he completed his undergraduate studies at Southeastern University in 1981 and graduate work at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 1986. He then served in pastoral ministry for 16 years in New England before returning to Pennsylvania. For 19 years Richard served in various roles at Pennsylvania Adult & Teen Challenge. His mission in ministry is Biblical study, teaching, and encouraging others in their personal journey of faith in Christ.
His wife, Donna, is a registered nurse, and they were married in 1984. The Weitzels have three adult children: Richie, Hans, and Callie. Their oldest and youngest have married; Richie and Jennifer have given them three beautiful granddaughters. They enjoy time and activities with their family, traveling, and being outdoors, especially in warmer weather. Pastor Rich also enjoys gardening and feels closest to God in the outdoors.

Pastor Melody has been a part of the Living Waters Chapel (LWC) family since 1997, and officially joined the staff in March 2022. She is passionate about leading the congregation in a lifestyle of praise, believing that it is a powerful weapon against temptation, discouragement, and distractions. When she isn't leading worship, Melody enjoys biking, traveling, playing the harp, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is an energetic, positive, and upbeat individual, but also has a kind and encouraging heart for those who are discouraged. Pastor Melody looks forward to meeting you, encouraging your faith, and worshiping God together.

Kerry was born and raised in Lebanon, PA. Kerry is married to Melissa and they have been married since 2007. They have two children, Kylie and Kaleb. Kerry has done schooling at Global online and has many years of experience as a volunteer and has been in the Children's ministry since 2017. Kerry and Melissa both attended and helped in the kid's ministry for many years until God called them away into full-time ministry. In June of 2022, Kerry and his family came back home to Living Waters Chapel. Kerry and Melissa not only love to see kids have a personal relationship with Jesus but also seeing them grow in that relationship and sharing it with other people. Kerry and Melissa love to spend time as a family outside doing different things like going for a walk, ride their bikes or just hanging out as a family.

Pastor Dalton and Briana Weidman have been serving as our Youth Pastors since 2017. Dalton grew up attending Living Waters Chapel and went through both the Kids and Youth ministries here. Dalton has been involved in different forms of ministry since the age of 12. He now has the unique opportunity of ministering to the teens that he has known from a young age as well as the new teens that come to Living Waters. Dalton and Briana have been serving in youth ministry since the ages of 17 and 18. After being together for 5 years they got married in June of 2020. Together, their heart is for creating memorable experiences with teenagers, encouraging them in life, and seeing them grow spiritually. They both love to worship so their favorite thing is seeing a teenager fall in love with Jesus and watching the worship that comes from that heart. Dalton is a fun-seeking jokester who loves music and Briana has one of the brightest, kindest and most genuine caring personalities you'll encounter. They both look forward to meeting you and getting to know about you!
